This inter-generational discipleship app is a road map to help a father begin to disciple his son. It matters not if you dont know where to start, or where you are going - thats what maps are for! This app will help you and your son develop basic spiritual habits that will help you both as you seek to understand and live out your faith.

There are two tracks available: one for the son, and one for the father. The father and son work through the same material together, but from their own perspective. This allows the father to effectively lead his son through a series of activities that will help them both to grow in their faith.

Discipleship is about learning and doing together. The Starting Point track is six weeks of daily prompts. Each week the track includes:
- A spiritual theme
- A Bible verse to memorize
- A short Bible passage to study together
- Three different activities to do together
- A prayer focus for the week

They say that if you give a man a fish, you will feed him for a day. The encouragement follows that if you teach him to fish, youll feed him for a lifetime. But there is more, and this app will help you reach the last level: If you encourage a man to enjoy fishing, you will feed the village forever. A man who enjoys fishing, becomes an ambassador for the sport. He will teach others not just to fish, but to enjoy the sport like he has. Paul shows us this model in 2 Timothy 2:2 where we read "The things which you (Timothy) have heard from me (Paul) in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men (3rd generation) who will be able to teach others (fourth generation) also." Thats four generations, from Paul to Timothy to "faithful men" to "others". Do you want more out of life, to find the heart of why you were created and called by God? Invest your life in your own "Timothy" - there is no greater calling or opportunity for you.

As a father, to pass your faith on to your son will be your greatest LEGACY. As a man, there is no greater responsibility than the next generation.
